Not only does Jason have magic abilities for training but also teaching. He's just standing there and it seems everyone is performing those KB swings with perfect form.

That's because I showed them how to how to do them perfectly the day before.

You beat me to it Pam.

Does Jason know how to use that big apparatus he's leaning on in that picture? It seems like a pretty daunting exercise machine. But then again we still don't know if he actually works out...the word on the streets is that he has Tony Little's "Gazelle" device from the infomercial and he just goes nuts on that everyday...hence, the magic abilities!

I like the whole competition stuff. Let's do more of that. Guys vs. Girls(and Doc D) or Young guns vs. Old timers (pick any age that makes equal sides), etc.

I guess I have to stop in to participate...I know.

Thanks Sam. I'm glad you could participate. Just remember...baby steps...first the blog, then maybe we can give you a tour of the Mt. Airy gym and introduce you to the gang...

Rob- Jason works out. I saw it twice this week. Greg bore witness as well. T'was a sight to see.

Dawn And Greg witnessed Big J working out? Was he wearing his Chuck Norris-Everybody-Was-Kung-Fu-Fighting pants with the expanding crotch? Because Chuck is fast as lightning...it's a little bit frightening...but he fought with expert timing...gotta love Carl Douglas and Kung Fu Theater on Saturday afternoon

I know Jason works out...I caught him swinging a buttload for # of reps in 20 minutes. He's legit.

Jason in training is like a sloar eclipse. You can witness it but can't look directly at it.

Back to the Ipod issue...here's a great playlist from the U.S. government...motivational in a different way

That link didn't work...it was the list of songs they use for torture from the military...the list is of interest, not the usage so everyone calm down!
Greg- a solar eclipse is a good simile to Jason's workout schedule...I just don't want to see a full moon...
Is anyone coming tomorrow AM or are we all congregating at Sam's place for pooch training?

You think you delegate. It's a facade I let you believe!
