It's time to work hard after a full day of eating and (drinking).


7 - 1 minute rounds of

Kettlebell Swings
Box Jumps
Renegade Rows
Slam Ball
Pressing Sit Ups
KB Snatches or High Pulls
Alternating Reverse Lunges

3 Rounds with 90 seconds rest between rounds
