Not to re-play a previous post, but I would love to improve on some O-lift stuff. That is a favorite of mine. As far as open gym days to do this, I could try to make Mon. morning that day (Maybe some weeks technique, aqnd some weeks heavy). What say you Rob and other O-lift folks? Also, Rob the weight vest was 52 lbs!!!
I forgot that you added a pair of 1 lb balls to the vest...my bad! And yes, Damian, I think Monday would be a good day to do some O-lifting...Although it would have to depend on how many KB swings, etc. there were in the WOD.
I was actually practicing my hand and elbow position for the clean. Monday O-Lift day sounds awesome but I'll be practicing at home until mid-January. Anyone interested in working with the Odd-Lifts as well?

Bear Hug Clean, Zercher Clean, and any one-handed lifts; i know Dr D is eager to get that 135lb one-hand snatch
