This is Why We Train !

The quality of our lives is directly related to the quality of our movements. Remember this as you have a fun and active weekend. have a great weekend everyone.

Oh, and run a slow 5k.

Just a thought on this, as I strongly agree.

Take children and animals (dogs specifically) for example.

All day long, running, jumping, playing, wrestling, and laughing (the children.) Observe how happy they are to see you when you come home from work, how peacefully they sleep, and their spirit is light.

Quality of movement does dictate quality of life in many aspects.
