100 Reverse Lunges, 80 Swings, 60 Squats, 40 Push Presses, 20 Push Ups, 100 Sit Ups
2 minute rest
50 Reverse Lunges, 40 Swings, 30 Squats, 20 Push Presses, 10 Push Ups, 50 Sit Ups
1 minute rest
26 Reverse Lunges, 20 Swings, 15 Squats, 10 Push Presses, 5 Push Ups, 25 Sit Ups

Oh baby! I was in a bad mood but then I did this! It's a good one, but it isn't as bad as it looks.

No, that wasn't it, let's just say they came to fix the roof today.

Did the first round of this with the 16kg kb and 2-20lb dbs, the second round with the 20kg kb and 2-25lb dbs, the last round with the 24kg kb and 2-30lb dbs, used the sit ups as my rest no other rest. 33:45

Tonight's workout is up to Jason, I won't be here.

Jodi, you can almost always use any tool you want for our workouts, whatever works best for you or whatever you have access.
