Flying Arm-Locks


Here's Pam working on her flying arm-locks for her upcoming Grapplers Quest tournament on Oct 15th.


Todays WOD:

30 Knees to Elbows
30 Tuck Jumps
30 Broad Jumps

3 Rounds for time.

Hey Jay, they aren't pull ups, but I did a bunch a sets of 5. Its really taxing on your grip.

for the broad jumps think track and field or gym class. stand in one spot with feet close together and jump forward as far as you can with both feet at the same time.
