BRING WATER!!!



Please bring water to ALL of your workouts, it will be very hot this week, hydration is very important.

Is it possible you'll scratch the 10-minute circuits in deference to the weather gods? Otherwise we could drown in our own pools of sweat. How did the early birds do?
