Erik, if you do this WOD and the CFHQ WOD back to back you are an animal. I was going to do the same thing but after I got finished with my 9 or 10 rounds of Cindy with the 26lbs weight vest I can hardly lift my arms above my head.

Had every intention of following up with our WOD today, bummer.
