Who are you, smntasman? A class regular? Great to see a new blogger.

I tried that position with my
considerably lighter kettlebell (12kg)and it is not humanly possible to do without hurting something. Jason, I'm thinking the weight is way too heavy or is this one of those deceptive looks-doable-but-it-will-kill-ya moves? Looks and feels like it hits everything.

The RKC Armbar should be done with a lighter weight, maybe even the 8kg. It's a great shoulder stability movement.

I think that the workout that we did today was a little differnt then this one, but both are great!
