Saturday Workouts Start Nov 3rd!



Overhead Squat warm ups with PVC at the CrossFit Philly September O Lifting Workshop.

Thrusters
Pull Ups
Jerks
Push Ups

Ouch!

The Saturday workouts start at 8am, be ready to work!

question: If I am in a gym (not a world class crossfit gym, but a commercial one) and cant complete 21 pullups what would be a good replacement?

If they have a band you could use that would be ideal, otherwise you could adjust the height of the bar on a smith machine and do rows.

November starts tomorrow! Are you ready?

My wife and I have a dinner party to attend on Friday night. Lots of wine.

Will Sam be there on Sat. morning????

You need to burn off lots of calories from lots of wine consumed.

Sam should be there Saturday morning... Rich will be there and he will be drinking lots of wine Friday night.. First Friday in the city tonight with friends from work.. Looking forward to Sat's class!!!
