Perform each of the following for 30 seconds then 60 seconds without rest
Swings
Broad Jumps
MB Thrusters
Reverse Lunges
MB Push Ups
Then perform the same movements for 30 reps each for time.

I'm working a very slightly mod'd vesion of the Right of Passage WO from Enter the Kbell - light, heavy, medium, & 2 'variety' days.
Push & Pull ladder - ring dips/ring pull ups.
24kg Snatches for time (based on a roll of the dice).
Thanks to Tyler Haas' article in the latest CFJ, I have a rather rude awakening while doing dips yesterday...try turning your palms forward instead of keeping them tight to your body. You'll see if you don't already know.
