Get in your outdoor training while you can.

Run 400 meters
50 Jump Squats
Run 400 meters
50 Squats
Run 400 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Burpees.

How many times around the track at CHA is 400 meters? Once? I need a workout I can do at the CHA track while Beau is at his basketball clinic.
