what are deep side shuffles and walking lunge laps?(same as just plain walking lunges?)

Deep side shuffles, are similar to a lateral jump squat. Figure that each lap has 15 reps to it.

Walking lunge laps are just that walking lunges, again each lap has 15 reps.

I sheepishly confess that I'm not sure what a lateral jump squat is...if you can describe it, and it is indeed hellish-I'm IN!!!

perform a squat, as you come out of the squat, push off the ground moving not only slightly vertical but also laterally, land in a squat while replacing the right foot with the left foot while moving to the right and replacing the left foot with the right foot while moving to the left.

or more simply, do a jump squat and move laterally to the left for 15 reps then laterally to the right for 15 reps.
