New Month New CrossFit Camp Tomorrow!

15 snatch pulls
20 sit ups

rest 3 min

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of...

20 swings
20 knee outs
20 reverse lunges

Record rounds completed for each.

Are you coming down to visit us for your test? This will determine the date, but train for the end of March.

Hmm...interesting.

I'll come down if you'll be around on a Saturday. During the week is kind of tough...with that work thing and all.

Just to be sure...100L/100R, right?

You don't seem too worried about the MU, do you already have one and you're holding back?

Actually the MU does cause a tad bit of concern because the ceiling height in the weight room of the high school definitely isn't high enough to do one on a bar.

I'll have to check what's above the ceiling tiles. If that doesn't work, I guess in addition to the bell, I'll also be carrying my rings around with me.

Either way, practice on the rings too because when you come down here we'll have you use the rings.
