rest 3 min

Complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of...

20 swings
20 knee outs
20 reverse lunges

200 KB Snatches in 10 minutes with the 24kg.

Are you coming down to visit us for your test? This will determine the date, but train for the end of March.
