Snatch pull...as in the "true snatch pull"?

I'd still be interested in a challange work out...

Jason - did you get my email yesterday?

I'll be back on Monday! Can't wait!

Yes, true snatch pull.

What 3 movements give you the most trouble?

How many pull ups can you do?

Hmm...I don't know if I have trouble doing any movement...it's more I don't have gas in the tank to do certain movements very long.

14 pullups & after that the following sets are weak.

What about dips? I haven't done them in forever & a day. Maybe I'll muster a MU after this is all said & done.

Working with the vball girls gives me access to the high school weight room so I can get back to deads & weighted squats too.

I need a serious a$$ kicking. I've been on auto pilot too long.

Sam, does that really say 2:03? Wow!

Jay, Next time you have the chance test to see how many dips you have, I think I have a good one for you.
