Huh!

I posted the reply to this awhile ago, I guess it never went through.

Anyway a manmaker...
Take 2 DBs or 2 KBs and in each hand, place them on the ground as if you were to do a burpee, remain in the up position of a push up, perform a row with each arm, then perform a push up, bring your feet into the KBs or DBs as you would in a burpee, clean the KBs or the DBs and press overhead.

Very fun! ;)
