Pull Ups & Burpees at Mile 23



Carnage doing pull ups and burpees at mile 23 of his marathon two weeks ago. Coached by no other than The Great One. Both Carnage and The Great One have requested challenge workouts to train for, if anyone else is interested in a challenge workout to train for please let us know.

Here's a WOD in their honor...

20 Pull Ups
1600m Run
50 Burpees
1200m Run
10 Pull Ups
800m Run
50 Burpees
400m Run
20 Pull Ups

Challange workout?

I wouldn't mind something good to keep me focused through the holidays...

Hey Jay!

Carnage had to do 500 squats in under 20 minutes and 20 pull ups in a row.

The Great One has to do 300 burpees in under 20 minutes and 6 pull ups in a row.

We can come up with one or you when you come down for the O Lifting Workshop. The only catch is that you have do the challenge at CFP or video and send it to us. We'd also need to know what you struggle with the most and what is really easy for you.

I didn't know that my challenge should include something that I "struggle with the most". Being the honest person that I am I'd like to let you know that pull ups are really easy for me. Maybe you'd like to change my challenge to something else, say 300 burpees and, I don't know, 100 squats?
