Very interesting post Pamela, what prompted this discussion????
At least this post is better than another discussion of stale Cheetos.... (which we all now know is Molly's favorite salty snack). Lest I forget Melissa's new affinity for Delassandro's cheesesteaks, and your passion for Doritos. Good job this morning Pam, we worked out and learned a lot about food!!!

Our own trainer has a passion for Doritios! How many blocks are 5 doritios? Fat blocks? Or carb?

What a discussion this morning.

Molly-- Do you have that dress for me?

Sam 1 and 1/2 Doritos is 1 carb block and 1/2 a fat block.

We will all have another very imformative nutrition session in exactly two weeks.
