I thought I was the only one.

I almost didn't post my time.

When I looked at the workout I thought "10 minutes, tops. And then I'm going to do the 5 minutes of swings." Was I ever wrong. I could barely walk. I did that on Sat. morning and now on Tuesday afternoon my quads are still crippled.

Alright you two, I am offended!

As I told Jason B the other day, we will be happy to do them again. As I also said the squats weren't butt to heals squats but they were below parallel.

I'll do this one tomorrow and let you know how it goes.

Don't you worry. If it isn't done at CFP, it will be documented. Either way it will be recorded so that it can go on the In Action page.
