Try this and suffer.

20 one-arm High-Pulls 10R/10L
20 BWT Squat Jumps
20 Push-ups

18 one-arm High -Pulls 9R/9L
18 Bwt Squat Jumps
18 Push-ups

Go all the way to 2 reps per drill.

the work out was pretty easy, once I finished it :)

I am gonna contact pacific fibre and check prices for thick ropes, this way KB hand over hand pulls can be incorporated into our WOD's - I'll be snagging a 30 - 40 ft rope.

Kettlebell or dumbbell between your shoulder width feet. Explode out of squat while holding onto your kettlebell and use the momentum from the squat to perform an exposive upright rowing motion.

dude, i didn't go straight through. I did the push ups, high pulls, jump squats, rested - i was busted up man - then, I tried taking arnold for a jog and my legs were all rubberized! ha ha

i use the 70 lb KB, Jay, I know you used the 1 pood dude!

Pam - I am speechless!! besides, it is all rumor. I buried jay during the "in action" filming! ha ha - I ALWAYS did the longer "in action" matrix baby!! ha ha
