Harder than it looks.

I tried it first and it is brutal.
30 snatches L/R
30 swings L/R
26 snatches L/R
26 swings L/R
22 snatches L/R
22 swings L/R
Decrease by 4. Continue to 2.
Minimal rest time.
Off for a 3 mile jog.

Just under 12 minutes w/a whopping 25 lb DB. & cutting reps by 6 instead of 4. At least it's a start.

I probably should've asked this before I did the WO - 30 reps as in 15/R, 15/L or 30/R, 30/L, etc?

I did this today
1) run w/Arnold - approx 3/4 mile plus 2 hill sprints

2) 1.5 pd. push press L x10, 2 hand swing x 10, push press R x 10, then 9,8,7, etc all the way down to 1 - last set of swings was 10 reps
time was 9:51

I'm getting better Pam, you're harrassing me is motivating! ha ha
by the way, great site Pam, and Jason and I agreed dinner is on us all weekend in Ct.

thank you, you both know it is not necessary. i hope to live up to my own standards as you both put a royal whooping on me friday. looking forward to it. glad the harassment has paid off. good workout too.
