Take it easy today!

50 squats
40 reverse lunges
30 sit ups
20 push ups
10 pull ups
10 am tomorrow morning until ??
good workout, good people,
good fun, good food,
good times.

Wish you could have made it Keisha. We had a great time and I think you would have enjoyed yourself.

Bottom to bottom tabata squats followed by circuits of sandbag shouldering, kettlebell highpulls, and med ball slams. To finish the day off we did tabata push ups.

Had a few takers on the rope. We picked up a few more pieces for new exercises as well.
